Mike was raised by his grandfather in Cayce, SC. His father lives in Columbia, SC and he work on the cars with him. His relationship with his father, David Fulmer, has grown since beginning his career in demolition derbies.
Most drivers usually have one number or name they run all the time, but not this “KID”. He has ran derbykid911 more, but has ran 911, 22 and some others. He is a lot of fun to be around and enjoys the combative motor sport, no doubt.
David Fulmer III, is his biggest assistant...and probably his biggest fan being his little brother. But he did have a younger cousin who interviewed him and stuff as his “hero” after the derby at Harris Speedway, NC.
The “KID” has no derby chic hanging out with him, but is always looking. He is just like most demo drivers- the ‘car’ he’s building at that time is his ‘main squeeze’ for a while.
Mr. Mike Fulmer is young and very energetic. His demo career is already better than some veterans of the sport and if you ever get the chance to see this “KID” in action, you will be a fan for life! He is a true “Mega-Banger” of demolition derbies.

Some of Mike's trophies he has aquired during his short career in demolition derby.
